Q. I’ve seen Shiroi Neko products elsewhere. Why should I buy from you?
A. We are the largest official UK stockist of genuine Shiroi Neko, and we stock all the latest styles. We offer speedy service and a 14-day returns policy. If you check you might find that other suppliers are selling old stock, are not UK based, can take up to a month to deliver, and returns can be difficult. So it may be false economy to buy elsewhere. You can always find something cheaper but we believe that our service and support are second to none and you can rest assured that you will receive the best service from us. Don't forget the old saying 'If it looks too good to be true then it probably is'. Always check returns policy and beware of fakes!

Q. How do I know I can rely on you to deliver my order?
A. Just check our customer comments page and you will see a selection of positive remarks left by our customers. If your item is in stock you will receive it within a day or two. If your item is temporarily out of stock then you will be notified within 24 hours and given an estimated delivery date, and even then it shouldn’t be more than a few days. Some of the leading online fashion retailers and catalogue companies take up to 14 days to deliver as standard!

Q. I don’t have a credit or debit card; can I still buy online?
A. Yes. All our transactions are handled by Nochex who have a wide variety of payment methods available. We are notified by Nochex when your payment has cleared so we can release your order.

Q. I don’t have a Nochex account. Can I still buy from you?
A. Definately! You do not need a Nochex account to pay by Nochex. Just follow the simple instructions in our checkout and you can’t go wrong.

Q. Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
A. Most items are sent by registered parcel post so someone will have to be available to sign, otherwise you will be left a card to collect from your local sorting office.

Q. Do you deliver to office or student addresses?
A. No. For security reasons we only ship to the card-holder's address. This helps prevent credit card fraud.

Q. Can I contact you by phone?

A. No. A telephone service bureau would be costly and time-consuming. We prefer you to contact us by email so that we can respond more efficiently and keep our costs and our prices down. It also means that we can concentrate on shipping customers' orders on time.

Q. Do you have a shop?
A. No. At the moment we are an online retailer only. This helps keep our overheads and our prices down.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. No. Our stock changes daily so it would be impossible to provide a catalogue.

Q. Do you supply wholesale?
A. Yes. We can supply Shiroi Neko to approved retailers. We DO NOT supply eBayers. Minimum order is £300 net. We give exclusivity in an area so please contact us on  sales@shiroineko.co.uk to see if your area is available.
